The challenge

You and three mates tackle 100km in 36 hours or 50km in 18 hours through the beautiful Bay of Plenty and help raise $1 million to change lives.

The trail

Experience a breath taking and varied trail in and around Whakatāne, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.

Both trails take you through a wide variety of terrain - native bush, beach, farmland, DOC trails, forestry roads - offering you the chance to experience the stunning scenery of the region on public and otherwise inaccessible private land.

So what’s involved? Fundraising – fundraise with your friends, family, and colleagues.  Minimum per team of 4 is $2500 and together you’ll help raise $1 million to eliminate poverty.

Training – the key to completing the event.  We believe that with adequate training anyone (yes anyone!) can complete this event. We’re here to help.
